Chicken and avocado is such a great combo for wraps and sandwiches. I've been thinking about healthier lunches that I can pack for during the week, and this one popped to mind. I decided to experiment with using yoghurt with a squeeze of lime to add some flavour and also to ensure the wrap wasn't too dry. I will be eating this combination a lot as it is great hot or cold, I added some mozzarella which obviously when hot becomes gooey and delicious.
I think this will be great for a summer lunch, the evenings are finally getting lighter and I cannot wait for some nicer weather! However this is the UK, so you never know!
