I can't keep count of the amount of fruit I have eaten over the last week or so, I have changed my diet quite a bit lately! One thing I have noticed even in this short amount of time is that I definitely feel more energetic during the day, and my skin is looking a tad more healthy (I think, maybe I am just imagining it!). I woke up this morning and fancied something a little different from my normal banana milkshake, which I posted here. I have wanted to try a smoothie bowl for a while now, I admire the perfectly assembled creations on Instagram! So here is one I made with some of the fruit I have sitting in my kitchen!
The best thing about this is that you can literally add anything you want into the smoothie and the list of toppings you could add are endless. I went for a tropical theme, I am on my fourth pineapple in two weeks (is that normal?) and went through my cupboards for possible toppings. I managed to finish the whole bowl, however this could feed two if you wanted a lighter breakfast!
